// OBSERVATORY CHARTER & PROTOCOLS

TERMS OF ORBITAL USE

REVISION: 2026.10 // STRICT SCIENTIFIC GOVERNANCE

// 01 ACCEPTABLE USE & SCIENTIFIC INTEGRITY

The NOVA Deep Space Observatory is dedicated to astrophysics research, space exploration education, and collaborative observation telemetry. Dispatches must adhere to factual astronomical standards. Harassment, spam, fraudulent outreach, or transmission of malicious payloads is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate observer suspension.

// 02 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ASTROPHOTOGRAPHY

Observers retain ownership of original imagery, telescope captures, and research writeups submitted to the observatory. By transmitting dispatches, you grant NOVA a non-exclusive license to index, display, and cache telemetry for global scientific dissemination.

// 03 ACCOUNT ACCOUNTABILITY & SESSION SECURITY

Observers are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their authentication credentials. Sessions are automatically protected with inactivity lockouts and token revocation. Any detected brute-force attempts will trigger immediate IP and account lockout telemetry.

// 04 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NOVA provides all orbital trajectories, launch schedules, and astrophysical telemetry on an "as-available" basis without express warranty. External agency feeds are subject to upstream latency and availability variations.
